A very weird-looking wig worn that parodies Dracula's hair in the movie Bram Stoker's Dracula.
Not related to Aunt Victoria's wig, who now lives in Australia.
Curiosly, if selected in the equipment's menu in Naughty Bear: Panic in Paradise, it's described as resembling "Aunt Victoria's wig". It's not sure who this Aunt Victoria is, but apparently lives in Australia and seems to be Naughty's aunt.

In the first game it's worn by the Vampiricorn, while in PiP it's worn by K'kteg'al'kek
