In the first game, it was part of the DLC package of Episode 10. In Panic in Paradise, it's found in the Bearcatattoo Temple in Greasy's Garage in Episode 12 (Target: Greasy). Alternatively, Kill Qk'it'kwa'ga'g'lk in the bushes in Episode 28. (Target: Dr Docteur)
