A private in the Army. He is led by General Treacle and Colonel Ketchup. His name is a reference to the secret government operation codenamed MKUltra, experimenting in the behavioral engineering of humans. This reference was possibly made as a connection to Cozy's paranoid nature.[1]

Naughty Bear: Panic in Paradise[]
Private McUltra shows up in every episode where the Army Bears are present. In the Nibbles episode, you will find Private McUltra standing around near you spawn. If not alert to Naughty Bear's presence, Private McUltra will commonly walk over to a toilet and start peeing, making for a perfect oppurtunity to drown him. Every once in a while, he may turn around and start peeing on the ground. After a few seconds, he will turn around and walk away. He is equipped with a Spas-12 Shotgun.
