The cutscene on episode 3 private Bjorn appears with the bird cams and he is showing the Bird cams what naughty looks like so they can spy on naughty which it's mean He appears at last part of the episode 3 the house were Colonel and cozy are at.Private Bjorn also appears in episode 4 with nibbles and the Untedd. And he appeared at the Disco and he's fighting zombears. In Naughty Bear panic in Paradise private Bjorn appears at the Retreat spa for war Heroes. Also Private Bjorn appears Target 20 that means Cop or chief Gordon at the Fiesta Docks. At Target 24 Stardust. If a one of the bears calls or Escape private Bjorn will randomly appear in the Fiesta terrace cantina Or a other Soldier bear will appear but Private Bjorn does appear somehow.
