Where it is found[]
While in the first game they are available (or at least, only the left boot is available) in the DLC Pack of Chapter 9, in Panic in Paradise you have to kill the pirates in the bushes at Fiesta Docks in any episode set during the daytime. Targets may vary from Nibbles (Episode 9), to Twinkles (Episode 17), to Gordon (Episode 20) and to Peluso (Episode 27).
