The Perfection Island Herald is the local newspaper in Naughty Bear. It was used mostly for advertising the game, but it also gave a bit of insight of the game's lore along with some of the bears' personalities.
Interestingly, there's a mention of a company called "Starbeam Corporation" but it never makes an appearance or is mentioned again in either the first or second game.
