Frank is not a major character but, he is an unusual Alien Bear dressed as a tourist from Paradise Island. Frank is seen near two other Alien Bears during the Fiesta Terrace Cantina invasion. He is seen cooking on grills and other times patroling the area with a laser. The best time to kill Frank is when he is cooking on a grill. This does not help much as there are still two other Alien Bears in the area.

- This is one of the two Alien Bears without "X" in his name.
- He could be an alien scout or lurker or maybe he simply wants to live like an earthling bear for curiosity, he might have picked up an earth name and clothes just for feeling more in character.
- Like many people who move in a foreign country, he might have adopted a earthling name even for a better integration, also to make it easier for the others to call him.
