Cake

The cake (to not be confued with the PiP's agents of the special forces/secret agents C.A.K.E) it's a key item in both the Naughty Bear games. it's Naughty's favorite food and his way to regain health. It's a classic cake covered in pink frosting and emits a yellowish aura. Naughty will make some eating noises if he picks a slice up.

Purpose in both games.[]

You can find cake slices spread all around the levels and will allow you to regain a good chunk of health if consumed. On the downside, they don't respawn, this each slice is limited per mission forcing you to plan your strategy properly for avoid finding yourself at a low energy level and no more slices for healing. Of course, they will respawn as soon as the level is started over.

In Multiplayer Mode (First game only) it's possible to find actual whole cakes that will give you a full health bar. In this mode, the cakes might respawn.

Small Trivia[]

Cake is clearly a beloved food for the bears either in-game and in real life, but the bears of the game seem to all have a big sweet tooth judging by the size of the Cake Factory level. Naughty himself isn't stranger to this, some media even hints his favorite cake is chocolate and that "pies don't have the cakey cakiness of cakes" when questioned about his tastes.
