Buckles is a VIB found in the third mission of Naughty Bear: Panic in Paradise. Twin brother of Chuckles, they both wear impressive wigs and chrome thongs. The only way to tell them apart is the different mousatche.

Buckles and Chuckles are entrainees and they usually dance at parties. They're not afraid of face Naughty Bear in a fight.
