In the original game, unlock Colonel Ketchup by getting all the gold trophies in Episode 3. In Panic in Paradise, kill any of the army bears in the bushes at the SPA for Retired War Heroes in Episode 11 (Target: Cozy,) Episode 23 (Target: Ketchup), and Episode 34 (Target: Treacle).
